After graduating from Pace Law School in 1994, Gary began a 26 year career as a prosecutor working in the Rockland, Orange and Bronx County District Attorney's Offices, holding the positions of Executive Assistant District Attorney and Bureau Chief. He also worked for the New York State Office of the Inspector General overseeing construction on the Mario Cuomo Bridge. Besides handling every type of criminal case for over two and a half decades, he is knowledgeable and has handled cases involving real estate, labor, unemployment, estates, wills and worker's compensation.
